You decide to take a walk around your neighborhood.. one sunny afternoon.. The walk calms and relaxes you.. Each step.. bringing you peace.. dissolving all tensions and concerns away.. Walking down the sidewalk.. you walk by a little bush.. You notice a butterfly cocoon hanging from one of the tiny branches..  As you gaze at it.. you notice some movement.. suddenly a beautiful orange and black monarch butterfly pushes its way through.. making its entrance into the beautiful world.. with its new image.. its brand new self.. Watching this inspires something inside of you..  suddenly feeling energized and empowered.. Change can be beautiful.
