HEALING WITH HYPNOSIS SERIES- BASIC HYPNOSIS CONCEPTS
Learn the basics of hypnosis such as how the subconscious functions, how hypnosis uses the subconscious to change habits, patterns and behaviors in your life. Learn how hypnosis can be used in healing the body, mind and soul. Experience the many wonders of hypnosis.
A: SELF ESTEEM AND CONFIDENCE BUILDING
Many people struggle with low self esteem and confidence. In this workshop you will learn how to increase your confidence and sense of well being, enhance your personal power and develop a whole new attitude about yourself.
B: STRESS AND ANXIETY REDUCTION
Stress can dominate and in many ways control your life if you allow it. It is healthy to begin by identify your sources of stress. Look closely at your habits, attitudes, behaviors and excuses. Are there things that need to change? In this workshop you will learn to reduce stress and anxiety.

Learn skills and techniques to assist in coping with all types of loss and transitions. We will discuss hypnosis strategies to help you and your clients cope with loss and heal the heart.
A: RELIEVING DEPRESSION
Hypnosis is a method you can take advantage of to create new positive messages and change any unwanted habits, patterns and behaviors related to your depression. Through the use of hypnosis and positive self-talk the doorway to your subconscious can be opened to important new information.

Certified Hypnotherapist and Board Certified Hypnosis Trainer
All workshops will be facilitated by Kim Nagle and there will be a group hypnosis at each group meeting.
Kim Nagle, GD, CH, CI has eighteen years experience as a trans-personal psychotherapist and is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Hypnosis Trainer. As a long-time group and workshop facilitator, seminar lecturer, and trainer, she has trained thousands of professionals in working with a variety of mental health issues. She works in several modalities including sand tray play, Gestalt Therapy and Emotional freedom technique, in addition to hypnosis.
Participating in workshops gives you the opportunity to share experiences, learn new perspectives, and experiment with new behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. The group setting helps you discover that others truly understand your feelings and challenges. You feel seen and heard. Groups are for those who will benefit from sharing experiences, giving and receiving support and feedback, and experimenting with new interpersonal behaviors in a safe environment.
