This is a great story.. imagine you’re the main character.. Visualized yourself walking in the mountains.. The mountain air is deeply  refreshing.. there’s a morning mist lingering.. A soft veil over the beginning of the day.. You take in deep breaths.. Inhaling a deep sense of well being.. Exhaling whatever your body or mind no longer needs to hold onto.

As you begin to further explore the woods..  Hearing a stream of water not far away.. The water sounds are relaxing.. Inhaling softly you remember deep inside that lovely alpine aroma that hangs in the air.. It’s soothing.. the birds.. flying about.. singing softly overhead.. There are paths throughout the mountain woods.. you’re excited to be here exploring this special space.. You find yourself following the path. leading downstream.. The walk down is relaxing.. Your mind is slowing down more and more with each step you take.. you’ve left all cares and concerns behind.. Feeling carefree.. your walk through the woods.. taking in all the soft aromas.. sensations.. and feelings.
