Listen to this story.. see yourself as the main character in the story.. Imagine you are strolling through a beautiful green meadow.. wildflowers growing all around you.. many vibrant colors.. Birds chirp overhead.. squirrels scurry nearby.. As you walk along as a tiny rabbit crosses your path.. the rabbit runs off.. down.. .down.. to the other side of the meadow.. Just for fun you follow the rabbit ..as you walk slowly in the direction he disappeared in.. Each step you take.. to the far end of the meadow.. relaxes you.. deeper.. deeper.. deeper.

As you approach the area where you saw the rabbit run to.. you find the grassy meadow ending.. you are now on a small sandy beach.. in front of a sparkling little bay.

The water in the bay is still.. no ripples on the water.. as you look around the bay.. you see the green trees surrounding the bay.. pine trees.. evergreens.. every now and then you see a birch tree.. the trees are full of robust leaves.. various shades of greens.. grays.. and browns of the trees adds to the texture of the landscape.
