Resolving Trauma

This script will assist you in resolving the pain you’re holding onto from old trauma. You are addressing the traumatized parts of you that are suffering. Whether the pain is psychological or in your body, you’re empowering yourself.  Something happened that was painful, you were resourceful and lived  through it and actually thrived. Different ways of seeing and experiencing things. Realizing that by loving yourself, you have the courage to face up to all your past wounds and painful experiences. You begin to integrate the wounded parts of yourself so that your true authentic self is revealed. This is how you experience your true authentic self and Oneness. You’re no longer denying any part of yourself because it’s all you and you love all yourself.
