Imagine yourself walking along the shore on the beach of a warm tropical island..   visualize the cool.. clear waves..  rolling in.. there are very few people on the beach as you walk along in silence.. You feel comfortable with yourself.. you feel deeply relaxed.. Nothing is on your mind.. Just enjoying the moment.. The sun is high in the sky.. You feel light.. Something magical seems to be coming your way.. You’re not sure what’s coming.. Yet you know it’s something wonderful.

You stroll along.. experiencing the beauty all around you.. the magnificent landscape.. your feet walking softly on the cool wet sand.. the waves lapping at your feet and ankles.. You walk further.. coming to a more secluded area.. Still hearing the sound of the waves.. The sound  calms.. and relaxes you.. The afternoon  is warm.. everything is just as it should be.. calm.. peaceful.. You continue on your walk.. looking for a relaxing spot to rest.. you see up ahead a lovely scene.. so peaceful and tranquil.
