Eliminate Stress – June 30, 2018

Is stress affecting your life? Let’s look at the causes of our stress and explore how we can reduce them and follow our bliss. We will explore what steps to take and follow to live a calmer and more fulfilling life. Discussion will center on the importance of nutrition, physical well being, community activities, and the environment we inhabit as major components in reducing stress. This group will do some experiential exercises including a guided imagery and hypnosis.
